Second. I got the cutest dress EVER from Target. It's for preggers girls, but it's SO cute. So, it's ok! AND- the color makes me look SO tan! Love that!
Please note that when I wear this, I do not have a belly pad. I'm not that dedicated to the look.
Also note that- this girl looks SO white, but I look really tan!
