match maker, match maker- make YOU a match!

Last night I went to dinner with some friends at the Varsity (SO good!)- and our conversation turned to boys (shock).

And they're getting on to me for not hooking them up with some of these awesome boys I know. Because I really do know some stellar boys but they're all about 23 which is a skotche young for me, but perfect for these girls.



So, I went through the extensive list of stellar boys, then matched my friends with different guys. Then we all went home- and they stalked them on facebook-- and once they realized how cute and awesome these boys are, they had me send them all a message explaining that there was going to be some matchmaking, so to get excited.



Needless to say, the boys loved it. They thought it was the greatest thing ever. So, now they're friending it up. They'll probably get married, and I can take all of the credit for being the best match maker in the world. :)

On a more important note- my love life: boys all around, but nothing too exciting to report. Few crushes running around- few conversation pals developing. Gotta a date this weekend- no pressure- will probably be nothing. But, I'll keep you posted!

Walking Wisely

So, I went on a retreat this weekend called Walking Wisely. My church has been doing it for about 8 years now, and I've been on most of them. But, this year was incredible.
Stuart Hall (from NorthPointCC) came a spoke- he's incredible- and hilarious. And he loves Alabama, so you know I love him!
James David Carter came and led w/ our normal band (Clark, Salina, Ben, Fish, and Evan)-- incredible.

But, there was a song we sang all weekend-- and it was INCREDIBLE.

nothing I can say- a total eclipse of the moon

So, I watched the lunar eclipse last night-- pretty cool. Gonna be honest.
However, the clouds got ALL up in the way for a long time, but I got to see it for a little bit.
Pretty cool! I am a lucky girl-- because there won't be one for a few more years. Lucky me!

Well, I'm about to go do some laundry because I'm going out of town this weekend and at this point, I will have to wear the same shirt all weekend. And my crush is gonna be there. So, I need to look cuter than the same shirt every day. He loves me. Probably. I'll let you know.
